Patricia Tillmann

My career began in Brazil, where I focused on improving governmental programs and their impact on society. This included helping organizations understand complex issues related to their initiatives so they could find the best solutions for their needs.

In 2011 I moved to the United States to gain knowledge about collaborative project delivery approaches, which gave me valuable hands-on experience in achieving excellence in the field. During this time, I worked for organizations in the leading edge of collaborative practices. Today, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Center of Innovation and founded Realize Value to help organizations develop the necessary skills to successfully navigate transformative innovations and get the most our of their endeavors, especially when it requires teamwork and collaboration.
